These Terms of Service govern your use of northlane.digital and services provided by Northlane Digital LLC. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Northlane Digital LLC provides digital consulting and assistance services including internet navigation guidance, online research, website verification, form and document assistance, and administrative process support. All services are delivered remotely. We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or professionally licensed services.
Monthly subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. One-time services are billed upon completion. All prices are in US Dollars. You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you are not satisfied with a service, contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concern and offer a re-delivery or full/partial refund at our discretion.
You agree not to use our services to engage in illegal activity, harass or defraud others, collect information without consent, or violate any applicable laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northlane Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
