All payments are processed through Stripe. Credit and debit cards from most countries are accepted, plus ACH transfer (US) and wire transfer for invoices above $5,000. We bill in USD by default; EUR invoicing is available on request for EU clients. We never see or store your card details.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your card issuer. A direct conversation is almost always faster and fairer for both sides. Unjustified chargebacks filed without prior contact may be contested.

A service is engaged when (a) you sign an engagement letter or accept a written proposal by email, and (b) the corresponding invoice is paid in full through our payment processor. Acceptance of these Terms is deemed to occur at the same moment.
Prices listed on the Payments and Pricing pages are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full payment card data. Late payments on monthly plans may result in pause or termination of services after 10 days' written notice.
You agree to provide accurate information, respond to reasonable requests within agreed timelines, and not ask us to perform tasks that are illegal, deceptive, or that would require a license we do not hold. Delays or inaccuracies on your side may shift delivery dates.
Upon full payment, you own the deliverables we produce specifically for you, including code, content, and written reports. We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, templates, and general know-how. We may reference the engagement at a high level in our portfolio unless you ask in writing that we do not.
Information shared between us during an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the service. We sign NDAs on request. We never share client data with third parties except processors strictly necessary to deliver the service (e.g. Stripe for payments).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to a service is limited to the fees paid for that specific service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Services and website content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Any strategic or technical recommendation is based on information available at the time and on our professional judgment; outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, and no specific result is guaranteed.
Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach with 14 days' written notice and opportunity to cure. Monthly plans may be terminated at any time under the Refund policy. Upon termination, we hand over all materials completed to date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation and, failing that, submitted to binding arbitration in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced in advance to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
